Bespoke menus, from the Rialto
On request, a Venetian chef comes to the Palazzetto’s kitchen to compose a personal menu — Venetian cicheti, fish from the Rialto, traditional recipes or more contemporary ones.
The piano-nobile table welcomes up to eight guests under the Murano chandelier. Candlelight, silverware, and the Veneto in the glass.
