Reservation

Every reservation is subject to availability and written confirmation by Palazzetto Orfeo. A 30% deposit is required at booking.

Cancellation fino a 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo: rimborso integrale. Tra 30 e 15 giorni: rimborso del 50%. Meno di 15 giorni: nessun rimborso.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Arrivals and departures outside these hours on request.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Palazzetto or its furnishings during the stay. A deposit may be required.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive competence of the courts of Venice.
