The altana is Venice’s traditional rooftop terrace — a timber platform historically used by ladies to dry and bleach their hair in the sun. The Palazzetto Orfeo’s altana offers a full 360° view: La Salute, San Giorgio Maggiore, the Grand Canal, the open lagoon.
It is a guest-only space: lounge chairs, outdoor dining, sunsets that turn the city gold.
